Desde una perspectiva cr\u00edtica, se cuestiona la naturalizaci\u00f3n de las jerarqu\u00edas basadas en la edad, evidenciando c\u00f3mo estas limitan la participaci\u00f3n efectiva de las juventudes en los espacios de toma de decisiones y en la construcci\u00f3n de lo social.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"1190\">A lo largo del texto, se analiza c\u00f3mo el adultocentrismo se reproduce en \u00e1mbitos educativos, institucionales y comunitarios, no solo a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1cticas expl\u00edcitas, sino tambi\u00e9n mediante discursos y din\u00e1micas cotidianas que invisibilizan o subordinan las voces j\u00f3venes. Frente a ello, se plantea la necesidad de transitar hacia enfoques m\u00e1s horizontales, que reconozcan a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes como actores sociales con capacidad de agencia, promoviendo su participaci\u00f3n activa, cr\u00edtica y propositiva.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1480\">El art\u00edculo invita, adem\u00e1s, a repensar las pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas y sociales desde una l\u00f3gica que cuestione las relaciones de poder tradicionales, apostando por procesos m\u00e1s inclusivos, dial\u00f3gicos y orientados a la transformaci\u00f3n de las condiciones que perpet\u00faan la exclusi\u00f3n generacional.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"5hfuy0\" data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1514\">Invitaci\u00f3n a la lectura<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1934\">Este texto es especialmente relevante para quienes trabajan en educaci\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y procesos comunitarios, ya que ofrece claves conceptuales y reflexivas para cuestionar pr\u00e1cticas adultoc\u00e9ntricas y avanzar hacia enfoques m\u00e1s democr\u00e1ticos e inclusivos.
